Message The major things:

1) Boost leaks although when I fixed all them it made some difference but not a massive differerence.

2) Installed GD's new divorced super split DPs. That made the single biggest difference in midrange and certainly more up top.

3) Retrofitted '95+ injectors, fuel rails, and machined lower plenum.

4) Replaced all lifters because some were collapsing shortly after shutting car off. Turned out 3 were would deflate very quickly. Not sure how much of this really effected power though given that with the engine running the lifters were probably not deflating that fast between revolutions.

5) Mis-aligned plenum due to off center bolt holes. This had a fairly substantial effect because before this was fixed, I was too lean on one side and too rich on the other. Lots of TTs have this problem but nobody's ever figured it out out until now.

See this link for details:

La-Z-Link

But, I also made some changes that probably would've hurt dyno results as well:

1) Was running with test pipes before and now I have hi-flow cats, so the gains on this last dyno are probably even more than than shown compared to the previous dyno.

2) Added 4.10s which also probably sucked up an additional 1% as going to shorter gearing on the diff adds about 5 lbs of rotating mass. But I have 18 inch wheels and was already too tall. Now I'm slightly too short (from stock) and boy did that make a big difference in the way the car feels even if it sucked up a tiny bit of power.
